Augusta Gold (TSX: G) gained by 11.58% today to $1.06 per share. It will almost definitely be acquired shortly most likely for a minimum of $3 per share and possibly for as high as $6 per share, and our guess is the deal will take place before the end of February. We found out that nobody negotiates deals in November/December during holidays.
