Platinum/Palladium Are Exploding and SBSW Will Benefit Most

In recent days, NIA has explained that platinum and palladium are the world's most undervalued commodities and will strongly outperform gold moving forward, which is why we announced on March 27th that we are suggesting the Sibanye-Stillwater Ltd (SBSW) January 15, 2027, $5 call option.

Similar to how Cameco (CCJ) is the only high-quality uranium miner, SBSW is the only high-quality platinum+palladium miner.

The platinum+palladium/gold ratio is up by 4.14% today to 0.598 after bottoming on Friday at an all-time low of 0.574. The platinum+palladium/gold ratio doesn't need to return to the long-term average of 2.01 for our SBSW call option suggestion to gain big. A return to 1+ will be enough for our SBSW calls to gain big!

The only thing worse than buying a short-dated expiration call option in a gold miner that is already up big in recent weeks, is buying a short-dated expiration put option in a gold miner that is already up big. When you buy any option, you are also buying volatility, and the implied volatility for most gold miners are at 100 percentiles! It is likely that gold miners will become far less volatile moving forward and all option prices for gold miners will come down!

The only way to play gold right now is with the gold exploration & development companies that are most likely to gain 500%-1,000% in the months ahead. It is possible gold miners will trade sideways for the next few weeks as the highest quality gold/silver explorers & developers play catch up and make triple digit gains. GDX and GDXJ have extremely high put/call ratios, which means people are betting on a decline. This is very bullish and means the next move is likely to be up big, but it won't happen right away! The highest quality gold/silver explorers & developers need to catch up first!
