OSS Would Have Prevented Friendly Fire Incident

NIA strongly believes in the power of technology to improve our lives, advance freedom, and create new opportunities, which is why we support One Stop Systems (OSS).

This weekend, there was a 'friendly fire' incident over the Red Sea where two U.S. Navy pilots got shot down by mistake by the guided-missile cruiser USS Gettysburg.

One of the innovations that OSS's rugged military grade AS9100 certified AI supercomputers offer by bringing the power of AI datacenters to the battlefield... is the use of the most advanced AI-enabled friend/foe identification systems. The odds are high that latency problems caused this weekend's incident. The friend/foe identification systems we use today respond too slowly, forcing sailors to make split second decisions.

If the Navy had OSS AI supercomputers already installed on USS Gettysburg, it would enable a much more powerful AI friend/foe identification system that would respond instantaneously and accurately... preventing future friendly fire incidents from happening!

After this weekend's incident, the Department of Defense has every reason to invest much more heavily into OSS AI technology in 2025!
