China Stocks Up 9x More than U.S. in 2025

iShares China ETF (MCHI) is up 9x more than the S&P 500 ETF VOO in 2025!

On September 23, 2023, NIA said to sell AEHR Test Systems (AEHR) short at $42.66 per share. It has since declined by 75.56% to $10.43 per share. AEHR's revenue declined by 37.23% last quarter to $13.45 million and it gets a significant percentage of its revenue from one customer: ON Semiconductor (ON).

Despite AEHR declining by 75.56% since NIA's short sale suggestion and its revenue declining by 37.23% it continues to trade for 5.31x revenue!

Trio-Tech International (TRT) seems like it is about to win all of the business that AEHR has been targeting for years: dynamic tester systems for Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) power modules.

AEHR's current multiple would value TRT at $51.59 per share or 8.6x above TRT's current share price of $6 per share!

TRT's CEO on February 13th, "emphasized the company's progress in shipping dynamic tester systems for SiC and GaN power modules. These materials are increasingly favored in industries that prioritize efficiency and thermal management, such as electric vehicles and advanced computing. Yong expressed optimism about the strong global demand for SiC and GaN and the company's engagement with potential new customers."

Is Trio-Tech (TRT) the #1 Best Publicly Traded Chinese Play?!

Yes, it is... when we suggested on October 2nd at $5.90 per share it exploded to new 52-week highs during a period of iShares China ETF (MCHI) and Alibaba (BABA) going straight down.

Now, BABA and MCHI are going straight up!

What made us first discover TRT in 2023 was word that they were developing these dynamic tester systems for Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) power modules for EVs, but then we heard nothing about it again. Now we know they have not only developed them, but big orders are being worked on!
