NIA Aiming for Rapid 5, 10, 15, or 20-Baggers

Highlander Silver (CSE: HSLV) is the world's #1 best gold/silver exploration play and Augusta Gold (TSX: G) is the world's #1 best gold development play. Both will become rapid 5, 10, 15, or 20-baggers in the short-term.

Highlander Silver (CSE: HSLV)’s San Luis gold/silver project in Peru, represents a high-potential asset due to its bonanza-grade historical resources and district-scale exploration upside. The project’s Ayelén and Inés vein systems host a historical measured and indicated resource of: 348,000 ounces of gold (Au) grading 22.4 g/t Au and 9.0 million ounces of silver (Ag) grading 578.1 g/t Ag. These grades rank among the highest globally for unmined gold/silver deposits.

HSLV’s San Luis spans 230 km² (23,098 ha) with multiple underexplored targets including untested vein extensions. Ayelén-Inés veins remain open at depth and along strike. San Luis has district-scale potential with multiple targets including epithermal gold/silver veins (low-intermediate sulfidation), copper-molybdenum porphyries, and hydrothermal breccias and replacement mantos (silver/lead/zinc+copper).

Surface anomalies have been discovered with rock samples grading up to 15,000 g/t silver. Mining recoveries are expected to be high with historical test work achieving ≥90% recovery for gold and silver via conventional cyanide leaching.

HSLV is located near Barrick’s Pierina mine (5 million oz of gold produced) and Antamina (the world’s largest copper/zinc mine). HSLV has good infrastructure in the area including access to roads, power, and water.

HSLV’s San Luis Project’s combination of ultra-high grades, large land package, and advancing exploration in a proven mining region positions it as a high-impact asset. If HSLV successfully expands resources and advances development, it could emerge as a Tier-1 precious metals producer in the Andes.

The Beatty Gold District in Nevada, led by AngloGold Ashanti (NYSE: AU) and Augusta Gold (TSX: G), is positioned to become one of the largest and most strategically significant new gold districts developed this decade.

AngloGold Ashanti has consolidated the Beatty District into a world-class gold hub through acquisitions totaling over $700 million, including: Corvus Gold ($370M to purchase the remaining shares it didn’t own in 2021 valuing the full company at $450M) for the North Bullfrog and Mother Lode Projects and Coeur Mining’s assets ($150M in 2022) for Sterling including the Crown deposits C-Horst, Secret Pass, and Daisy.

AngloGold now holds ~20.7 million ounces of gold resources across the district including the Merlin deposit with 12.1Moz inferred at 1.06 g/t Au (largest U.S. gold discovery in over a decade) and Silicon deposit with 3.4Moz measured/indicated.

Meanwhile, Augusta Gold controls the fully permitted Reward Project (370,000 oz Au reserves) and the larger Bullfrog Project (1.2Moz Au measured/indicated), with synergies expected between the two.

AngloGold’s district-wide strategy includes the initial development of North Bullfrog a feasibility-stage project. Including the larger-scale, high-grade Silicon & Merlin deposits AngloGold Ashanti is targeting 300,000 oz/year Au production at <$1,000/oz AISC by 2030. The company initially planned for first production in 2025 but has faced permitting delays.

Augusta Gold aims to begin construction at Reward in 2025, becoming the first modern producer in the district with a 39,000 oz/year heap-leach operation. Their Bullfrog Project could further expand output to 150,000 oz/year by 2027.

Between AngloGold Ashanti and Augusta Gold total production is expected to reach 450,000 oz/year Au!

With gold at $3,000/oz, projects like Augusta Gold’s Reward are highly economic for immediate development but the market hasn’t priced it in yet.

While other North American districts exist (e.g., Canada’s Golden Triangle), the Beatty District stands out for its resource size with 22 million+ oz, which dwarfs most emerging greenfield districts. The Walker Lane Trend remains underexplored, with recent discoveries (e.g., Merlin) indicating multi-decade potential.

AngloGold’s North Bullfrog project awaits approvals, while Augusta has secured permits for Reward.

The Beatty District, underpinned by AngloGold Ashanti’s expansive resource base and Augusta Gold’s near-term production pathway, represents North America’s most promising new gold district in scale, grade, and jurisdictional safety. The combined assets position Beatty to rival established mining camps this decade.
