NASA's First Astronaut Went to Naval Academy Like OSS CEO

NASA's first astronaut to travel to space Alan Shepard graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a degree in engineering. In fact, 55 U.S. Naval Academy graduates have become astronauts, more than any other undergraduate institution.

One Stop Systems (OSS) CEO Mike Knowles who was hired 19 months ago got a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Mike Knowles previously led a $700 million division of Cubic Corporation where he managed a team of 2,000 people. Click here to read Cubic's press release from when they hired him.
