NIA has created a chart of the United Kingdom Stock ETF (EWU)/S&P 500 ratio, and it is at an all-time low.
U.K. stocks can't decline in value vs. U.S. stocks forever.
At some point, either U.S. stocks need to crash 70%-80% or U.K. stocks need to increase 100%-200%.
Celtic plc (LSE: CCP) or CLTFF is the most obvious U.K. stock that can get revalued to the upside the most. It is currently trading with an enterprise value of less than 1X revenue when nearly all U.S. based professional sports franchises are worth at least 10X revenue. Either U.S. sports franchises are in a massive bubble, or Celtic shares will increase by 500%-1,000%.
