Tremendous Value Creation for NPR is Ahead

Long before North Peak Resources (TSXV: NPR)’s Chairman/CEO Brian A Hinchcliffe became founding Chairman/CEO of North America’s #1 largest gold miner created since the year 2001 Kirkland Lake Gold (KL): taking its share price from $1 per share up to $21 per share during his tenure; and later becoming founding Chairman/CEO of the #2 largest TSX Venture gold explorer created since the year 2016 Rupert Resources (TSXV: RUP): taking its market cap from $16.33 million up to $148 million in less than 11 months and acquiring the properties that turned RUP into a $978 million company today…

Brian A Hinchcliffe started his first mining company back in September 1987 when he became the founding President of American Pacific Mining Co Inc and acquired the El Mochito zinc/silver mine in Honduras for $15 million. In March 1990, American Pacific was acquired by Breakwater Resources Ltd for US$106 million (US$230 million adjusted for inflation). Keep in mind, zinc/silver prices declined dramatically during this 30-month period, yet he still made the mine 7X more valuable!

NPR’s current market cap is insanely low. The TSX Venture has already given final approval to NPR’s transaction.

NPR’s CEO said this week, “As important as the drive for gold production will be with the Company’s newly organized local team, the potential in applying modern exploration technology towards identifying gold in the Black Horse district where high grade ore was mined in the early 1900’s, cannot be overstated. The drilling Minex and Gary Grauberger carried out on the Black Horse property in the late 1990’s provides an excellent historical resource and we will assess that resource and the potential for expansion as early as possible in 2022.”
