NVDA Earnings Tomorrow Evening

It is impossible to predict how Nvidia (NVDA)'s earnings will be tomorrow evening, and even if we had a crystal ball of their exact results in advance, it is impossible to predict how the market will initially react to it this week.

We're pretty sure that NVDA's CEO masterminded artificial demand for their GPUs, not from people who need to use them but from people who bought them all with the intention of flipping their GPUs for a profit. Not one person in the financial media has been skeptical of NVDA's sudden increase in guidance last quarter when NVDA reported a year-over-year decline in revenue. It's very concerning to us how much NVDA's market cap has gone up in three months based on a CEO's single quarter of guidance.

It is never a good idea to buy puts/calls in any stock prior to earnings. We would only consider NVDA put options if NVDA makes a massive rally on Thursday. NVDA will eventually crash, but maybe NVDA has one last spike higher on Thursday and hits a peak prior to declining dramatically in the upcoming months.

Bottom line is...

Don't buy any options in NVDA prior to earnings.

NVDA will eventually trade 70-90% lower.

NVDA is the fourth largest holding of both SPY and QQQ, so a large percentage of U.S. households are overexposed to a stock trading at 45X revenue! This has never happened before in history and it won't end well!

It is much smarter to own a stock trading with an enterprise value of less than 0.50X revenue like Daktronics (DAKT) and/or Zedge (ZDGE).

Gold exploration stocks with the highest quality assets and most experienced management in top jurisdictions like Nevada will outperform all other assets.
