NOB Gains by 12% to $0.14 Per Share, Tomorrow is Ex-Dividend Date

Noble Mineral Exploration (TSXV: NOB) gained by 12% today to close at $0.14 per share!

Beginning tomorrow, NIA will calculate the performance of NOB from NIA's suggestion price by including the additional value of NOB's dividend shares in Canada Nickel Company (TSXV: CNC) that are being distributed to NOB shareholders this evening. NOB received most of today's dividend shares four months ago when NOB sold to CNC a portion of its Ontario mining claims. NOB also received a 2% NSR royalty covering 720 claims in Mahaffy, MacDiarmid and Bradburn Townships.

Recently, CNC began exploration in the Mahaffy and MacDiarmid property areas on claims covered by NOB's 2% NSR royalty.

On the Mahaffy claims, CNC drilled two holes:

Drill hole MAH21-01 intersected 0.22% nickel over 429.5m!

Drill hole MAH21-02 intersected 0.21% nickel over 335m!

On the MacDiarmid claims, CNC drilled three holes:

Drill hole MAC21-01 intersected 0.22% nickel over 241.5m!

Drill hole MAC21-02 intersected 0.23% nickel over 317.2m!

Drill hole MAC21-03 intersected 0.22% nickel over 308m!

A few days ago, NOB closed on an additional agreement with CNC where NOB provided CNC with an option to acquire an 80% stake in mining claims located in Mann, Hanna, Duff and Reaume Townships. NOB has just received additional CNC shares as compensation for this option agreement! CNC is about to begin exploring its newly optioned NOB claims and will be responsible for funding the exploration expenditures. After CNC earns its 80% stake, NOB will become a 20% joint venture partner in these properties. NOB will also receive a 2% NSR royalty covering these additional mining claims!
