Nevada King Gold (TSXV: NKG)'s CEO has informed us that NKG secretly owns mining claims near North Peak Resources (TSXV: NPR)'s Prospect Mountain Mine Complex and the directly adjacent Ruby Hill Mine Complex of i-80 Gold (TSX: IAU)!
We just checked NKG's SEDAR filings, and it is 100% true!
"The Kobeh Valley gold project is located in Eureka County, Nevada and is 10 kilometers northwest of the Ruby Hill Mine (2.3M ounces Au). The project consists of the KVC, KVE, KVW and WE Claim blocks: 1,882 total unpatented lode mining claims on BLM land, staked by the Company from January 2020 through June 2020. This extensive series of claim blocks covers a significant E-W swath of ground along the axis of the Battle Mountain Gold Belt. Potential deposit types within the Kobeh Valley claim blocks include Lower plate replacement deposits (aka Carlin type) as seen within the Gold Bar area (1+M ounces Au) and at Archimedes/Ruby Hill (2.3M ounces Au)."
"The Evana project is located in Eureka County, Nevada and is 18 kilometers northwest of the Archimedes/Ruby Hill Mine (2.3M ounces Au). The project consists of 119 unpatented lode mining claims on BLM ground that were purchased by Brownstone from Nevada Alaska Mining Company in 2020. The geological setting is very similar to Nevada King’s Iron Point Project: gold targets are in the Lower plate carbonate rocks below the Roberts Mountain Thrust adjacent to a Tertiary-age granitic stock. Major explorers drilled for gold at Evana during the period from 1986 to 1994. Potential deposit types at Evana include Archimedes (Au) and Gold Bar."
