When we say that SPC Nickel (TSXV: SPC) will become our second largest gainer of early 2022 after only North Peak Resources (TSXV: NPR) we are very serious.
We don't think people realize what assets SPC has:
SPC has two HUGE nickel projects in the Sudbury Mining Camp the world's second largest nickel camp: AER-KIDD and Lockerby. The camp has two active mills and two active smelters, both of them undersupplied. Since 2012, $6 billion has been invested into the camp.
SPC's AER-KIDD project alone contains three past producing nickel mines the Howland Pit, Robinson Mine, and Rosen Mine, which are located directly in between and on trend with the highest-grade producing nickel mine in the Sudbury Mining Camp VALE's Totten Mine and also KGHM's Victoria Mine, which is under development with even higher grades than the Totten Mine. SPC has done 25,400m of drilling to date at AER-KIDD and has discovered six areas of mineralization. SPC's AER-KIDD is untested at depth where the highest grades of nickel are located at VALE's Totten and KGHM's Victoria. VALE's Totten is located only 1.8km to the SW while KGHM's Victoria is located only 3km to the NE.
SPC's Lockerby Project is also surrounded by VALE owned projects. It contains the Lockerby East deposit and the West Graham deposit. SPC's Lockerby East deposit contains an indicated resource of 0.18 million tonnes grading 2.32% nickel and 0.87% copper. SPC's West Graham deposit contains an indicated resource of 8.5 million tonnes grading 0.45% nickel and 0.31% copper.
In 2021, SPC drilled 18 holes at its newest Ontario nickel project the Janes Nickel Project and 14 holes made strong near-surface intercepts.
Drill hole 1 of SPC's 2021 drilling program at Janes intercepted 10.5m of 0.46% nickel, 0.93% copper, 0.57 g/t platinum, 3.68 g/t palladium, 0.38 g/t gold, and 3.10 g/t silver beginning only 1m below surface.
Drill hole 2 of SPC's 2021 drilling program at Janes intercepted 6.65m of 0.40% nickel, 0.83% copper, 0.56 g/t platinum, 3.90 g/t palladium, 0.63 g/t gold, and 2.90 g/t silver beginning only 1.85m below surface.
Drill hole 10 of SPC's 2021 drilling program at Janes intercepted 26.6m of 0.30% nickel, 0.69% copper, 0.29 g/t platinum, 1.70 g/t palladium, 0.26 g/t gold, and 3.16 g/t silver beginning only 2.90m below surface.
Drill hole 11 of SPC's 2021 drilling program at Janes intercepted 16.4m of 0.33% nickel, 0.70% copper, 0.30 g/t platinum, 1.76 g/t palladium, 0.29 g/t gold, and 2.31 g/t silver beginning only 2.90m below surface.
Drill hole 12 of SPC's 2021 drilling program at Janes intercepted 21m of 0.19% nickel, 0.39% copper, 0.18 g/t platinum, 1.00 g/t palladium, 0.16 g/t gold, and 1.33 g/t silver beginning only 3m below surface.
Drill hole 14 of SPC's 2021 drilling program at Janes intercepted 24m of 0.25% nickel, 0.55% copper, 0.20 g/t platinum, 1.03 g/t palladium, 0.21 g/t gold, and 1.71 g/t silver beginning only 3m below surface.
Nickel is up today to a new 10-year high and gold is bouncing strongly!
