Japan's Annexation of a U.S. Community

In 3Q 2024 a record high 22% of Nvidia (NVDA)'s revenue came from customers in Singapore, which everybody has said definitely isn't for smuggling into China.

Now that DeepSeek has proven itself to be better than OpenAI where it accurately predicted that NIA's Power Nickel (TSXV: PNPN) would become a huge success with it gaining by 584.44% from NIA's suggestion price and is now predicting that NASA and Space Force contracts are likely coming for One Stop Systems (OSS), everybody is now claiming that DeepSeek must have a secret stash of 200,000 H100 GPUs for its super smart AI models to be possible.

Whether DeepSeek uses H100 GPUs and, if so, how many they own doesn't really matter. DeepSeek has proven itself to have developed multiple unique innovations that are far superior to its U.S. counterparts. America has a strong need to make the training of LLMs and inferencing more efficient. OSS's technology is being used today by AI infrastructure firms like GigaIO and Liqid to make GPUs more efficient!

Everybody is wondering why U.S. housing is so expensive. Although America might not have a housing bubble that comes anywhere close to Canada, there is no doubt that housing affordability in the U.S. is at or near an all-time low.

Toll Brothers had once planned to build 1,300 apartments and townhouses on 108 acres of land at 19508 Freedom Trail Road in Ashburn, VA. Zillow estimates this parcel of land to be worth $15,059,000. Instead of developing it with residential housing, Toll Brothers sold the land to JK Land Holdings for $180 million or 12x its estimated value to develop an AI datacenter.

After NIA recently wrote about how Compass Datacenters is redeveloping the site of the former Sears Headquarters with an AI datacenter, several NIA members informed us about the Marino Ct. situation in Itasca, IL, where an entire subdivision of upscale homes got annexed by a Japanese owned corporation NTT to expand their AI datacenters in town!

Andrew Maletich a Principal at Cawley Commercial Real Estate is given credit for the successful annexation of Marino Ct. in Itasca, IL, for the benefit of NTT! According to Cawley's Instagram account, "Overcoming challenges, he (Andrew Maletich) secured contracts, managed annexation and rezoning into the Village of Itasca, and closed the deal with a major Data Center company."

This is sickening, but we are confident Trump will put a stop to this! Trump needs to stop NVDA from exporting GPUs to China through Singapore and he needs to stop Japan from annexing our communities!
