GBRC is preparing for release in early 2Q 2023 an optimized PEA that will analyze the economics of the entire gold resource and is focused on a ten year mine life to produce circa 35,000 ounces of gold per annum. It is very possible that GBRC's optimized PEA will cause its Sandman Net Present Value (NPV) to double to US$150 million+ vs. GBRC's current market cap of US$5.73 million.
