One of the headlines on the homepage of ESPN this morning is: 'McGregor: UFC nixed Logan Paul boxing match'
We don't believe for a second that India offered a purse of $500 million to Conor McGregor and Logan Paul for a fight in India as part of a "Visit India" campaign.
Saudi Arabia pays WWE $50 million per event which means they have spent $600 million total since 2018 to host twelve events including events that have featured Logan Paul.
Why spend $500 million on one bout when Conor might knock Logan out in a few seconds?
There was never going to be a fight in India.
According to ESPN, "McGregor, who has repeatedly insisted he will return to MMA, said he still intends to pursue a boxing event against Paul. McGregor and the Paul brothers -- Logan and his brother, professional boxer Jake -- crossed paths at the presidential inauguration of Donald Trump on Monday." Click here to read the ESPN article!
There is definitely going to be a fight between Conor McGregor and Logan Paul, but it won't happen in India.
You have no idea how huge John Kavanagh's Mixed Martial Arts Group (NYSE: MMA) is about to become with the backing of Conor McGregor the biggest draw in the history of combat sports!
