China’s CMOC Buys Lumina Gold (TSXV: LUM) for CAD$581M

China's CMOC Group Limited (Shanghai: 603993) acquired Lumina Gold (TSXV: LUM) yesterday for CAD$581 million in cash.

Lumina Gold's gold project is in Ecuador similar to Richard Warke's Solaris Resources (TSX: SLS).

Look for Richard Warke's SLS to be acquired next and all of his shareholders will reinvest their capital into Augusta Gold (TSX: G) and Highlander Silver (CSE: HSLV) causing both G and HSLV to be rapidly revalued 200-300% higher.
