It is highly likely that a bidding war is taking place behind the scenes for at least one of their star players like Matt O'Riley.
It wouldn't surprise us to see Celtic receive a massive cash transfer fee for Matt O'Riley or another star player this summer that far surpasses the €27.00m that they received from Arsenal for Kieran Tierney in 2019 and the €29.10m that they received from Al-Ittihad for Jota in 2023.
This may upset some Celtic fans, but it would be extremely bullish for Celtic shareholders.
