Brooklyn Nets Sell Minority Stake at Valuation of $5.8 Billion

Joseph Tsai who owns BSE Global the owner of the Brooklyn Nets + New York Liberty + Barclays Center has just sold a 15% stake in the company to Julia Koch for US$870 million, which values the full company at US$5.8 billion.

Between the Brooklyn Nets + New York Liberty + Barclays Center: BSE Global has total annual revenue of US$493.7 million.

BSE Global sold a minority non-controlling 15% stake at a valuation of 11.75X revenue.

Celtic plc (CLTFF) has total annual revenue of US$160.05 million.

This same multiple would value CLTFF at $19.87 per share.

CLTFF is extremely profitable vs. BSE Global losing money.
