Augusta Gold (TSX: G) Chart Is Setup Perfectly

Augusta Gold (TSX: G)'s chart is setup perfectly.

With G the odds are high that we will never sell a single share of G stock, because a buyout of G is in NIA's opinion a most likely scenario.

AngloGold Ashanti (AU) is preparing to build the infrastructure to bring their directly adjacent North Bullfrog, Silicon, and Sterling gold projects into production. For AU to have 1.92 million oz of additional gold resources to feed these leach pads... would make the overall economics of their Beatty Gold Mining Complex significantly more valuable/profitable.

AU's Sterling is the furthest from production because it only has an inferred resource, but by AU gaining ownership of G's Reward gold project and its fully permitted shovel-ready measured & indicated gold resource, AU can combine it with their Sterling Project to bring Sterling into production at the same time as Silicon.

Peter Schiff's only successful gold investment in history was Corvus Gold, which owned North Bullfrog and got acquired by AU for US$450 million. Unfortunately for AU, when they did the work to verify/confirm Corvus Gold's North Bullfrog resource size of 2.5 million oz, they found out last year that it really only contains 1.5 million oz of which only 1 million oz is heap leachable oxide gold. AU paid $450 per oz for the Corvus Gold North Bullfrog gold resources that they will actually produce!

G's Bullfrog now contains more oz of heap leachable oxide gold than AU's North Bullfrog that they paid US$450 million for, and G's Bullfrog oxide gold is much higher grade.

We know G's assets are worth at least $6-$8 per share to AU right now based on current gold prices. If G makes a discovery at their Gap Target later this year, then it could easily be worth $10+ per share.
