America has a total of 13,700 Stryker, Bradley, and Abrams tanks that are likely to be upgraded with One Stop Systems (OSS) AI equipment beginning in 2025.
OSS won its initial U.S. Army contract in February 2023 when nobody cared about AI. OSS was originally contracted to design and build a system to support 360-degree visualization for U.S. Army ground vehicles because our 13,700 tanks have large blind spots. This technology is expected to make vehicles more effective in times of crisis and save service member lives.
In March 2024, the OSS U.S. Army contract was expanded to include the development of a newly commissioned video concentrator that is set to enhance the system’s capabilities by efficiently handling large volumes of video data to enable a range of AI applications, including threat detection, friend/foe identification, and crew assistance through natural language processing.
When a company like OSS sees an initial U.S. Army contract get expanded it is almost always the third contract that is absolutely massive in size. We are talking about a potential $300 million contract is possibly coming soon for OSS to begin supplying and installing this newly developed AI technology into our 13,700 tanks.
